Returns / Refund Policy

You may return new, and non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping and restocking fee of $350.  Please ship refunded products in original packaging or better to Studio Redrock, 635 Red Rock Rd., St George Utah 84770.   All products must be received in as new condition without damage.   Once we receive the returned products we will thoroughly inspect the products for damage.  If no damage is found we will initiate the refund process.  If damage is found we will not provide a refund and will not ship items back to customer.  If the customer wants us to send the products back to them for any reason we will charge crate fee, handling fee and any shipping fees. 

Please Note: It is very important that you open and thoroughly inspect your products at time of receival.  If you see any damage to crate please open right away and note any damage or do not accept the shipment.  You will have 48hrs from the time of receival of shipment to inspect and note any damage to products.  After 48hrs of receival of package has passed and no complaints have been noted you are accepting that the shipment was good and accepting products as is.  No open returns will be accepted after this date even if the shipment was damaged during transportation.  Please see shipping policy for additional information. 

If we provide a refund you should expect to receive your refund within 6 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
