Smaller pieces that can fit in standard shipping will be shipped either USPS, FedEx ground or UPS ground and take between 2 to 5 days.
Most large furniture products are shipped LTL freight carrier and take between 5 to 10 days for transit time.

Above shipping times do not include manufacturing time. Please see each product page for individual manufacturing time or contact us for an accurate timeframe.
Crate: These pieces come shipped in a large protective crate. We can provide a Lift-Gate Truck for additional charge if you do not have a forklift or loading dock onsite. The Lift-Gate Truck will drop off the crate next to where he can park, this is usually in your driveway.
In extremely rare cases some address located in dense downtown urban areas or tight access areas such as Manhattan New York or tight condo complexes, it is not possible for a standard large delivery semi to deliver the crate to your address. When this happens, we will ship your crate to the nearest shipping terminal. Once it is at the shipping terminal it will be up to you to pick up. If you are worried about this happening at your address, please call and we can double check your address and give you shipping options.
You will need someone onsite to accept and inspect the shipment. All shipping locations must be able to be access with large trucks, In the case that we cannot access your location we will ship to closest common carrier LTL freight terminal for you to pick up.
We will not install products, unpack crates, or remove packing materials from your location. If liftgate service was selected, common carrier LTL freight company will drop off where they can access and you will have to unpack, inspect, and install all products yourself.
Shipping costs are typically paid at checkout on our web shop (www.StudioRedrock.com). STUDIO REDROCK will be happy to arrange expedited or enhanced shipping options for all orders via one of our pre-qualified carriers. Charges for this service are billed proforma and will appear on the final balance due invoice.
If you would like to arrange shipping on your own, STUDIO REDROCK must be notified of all details no less than three weeks advance of the scheduled pick-up date. All products, with exception for common carrier shipments, are shipped via a Bill of Lading (BOL) and FOB from our warehouse.
Please be aware that you may incur a sale tax liability depending on where the items are to be delivered.
If additional shipping charges are required due to unforeseen conditions or difficulty of the particular location of delivery address, we will call to discuss options and reasons. If the additional fees are not acceptable to client, we will fully refund purchase and cancel order.
Receipt & Inspection of Product
We cannot suggest more strongly that a professional receiving service/warehouse be used to receive, inspect and consolidate delivery of STUDIO REDROCK product. Likewise, a professional delivery service with experience handling fine furnishings should be used for installations.
STUDIO REDROCK product will not be released unless it is signed for as being in new and unmarred condition. If any product is damaged during transit or is refused upon delivery for any other reason, your STUDIO REDROCK representative should be notified immediately.
In the event that a crated item cannot be uncrated and inspected at the time of delivery, the receiver should make a note on the receiving document/BOL. However, a thorough inspection must occur within 48 hours of delivery and all freight claims filed within 48 hours. STUDIO REDROCK will not accept returns without prior written authorization. Studio Redrock will not accept any damage claims after 48hrs of receiving date.
Product Quality & Damage in Transit
When the freight carrier takes possession of the product, ownership transfers to the customer as per ICC Regulations. As owner, full responsibility for damage occurring in transit is the owners and all claims for such damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to make a claim within this 48 hour period constitutes acceptance of the product and waives all future claims for any such defect, shortages or errors.
All product is thoroughly inspected by us prior to being released to ensure that it is in new and unmarred condition.
Likewise, the product must also be inspected by the freight carrier at the point of origin prior to taking procession of said product. All damage must be noted at that time on the BOL. If any damage is reported, STUDIO REDROCK reserves the right to refuse release of the product. A signed BOL verifies that the carrier has accepted responsibility for the product in the stated condition and affirms that they will deliver the product in the same condition in which it was received.
Upon delivery, if damage is found to the product, photos and video should be taken that clearly show said damage. The packing materials in which the product was delivered should be retained. Many times, establishing the condition of the packing materials at the time of delivery is necessary to process a claim. If it is not possible to keep the packing materials, photos and video of them should be taken as well.
If any product quality issues are observed at time of delivery, contact your STUDIO REDROCK representative immediately.
STUDIO REDROCK is not obligated to insure product while in transit against any/all losses.
You will be informed if an item is backordered on the individual product page or by email after order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified via email of any changes to the item status.
